Step into the sacred space of BLOOM, a weekend retreat focused on transformation, healing, and personal growth. Through yoga, sound healing, and guided practices, you’ll cultivate deep presence, reconnect with your inner power, and awaken your potential. The gentle yet powerful flow of yoga will nurture your body, while sound healing will recalibrate your energy, bringing you to a place of peace and clarity. In addition, you’ll engage in vision board creation to manifest your dreams and intentions, and participate in ceremonial circles that foster community, reflection, and growth.

Surrounded by nature’s beauty, BLOOM offers a safe, supportive space to explore new possibilities, release blockages, and begin to bloom into the fullest version of yourself. It’s time to nourish your soul, spark your creativity, and emerge renewed.

price includes accommodations, 3 meals on Saturday, 2 meals on Sunday, activity materials and supplies

7:30 pm - 9:00 pm          slow flow yoga + sound healing

Saturday

7:00 am - 8:00 am           morning group meditation

8:00 am  - 9:00 am          group breakfast

9:00 am - 10:00 am         qi gong + yoga fusion

10:30 am -11:30 am        INSPIRE: a vision quest experience

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm         lunch

1:30 pm -  2:30 pm         forest bathing walk + meditation

3:30- pm - 4:30 pm         breathe + release

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm          dinner

6:30 pm - 8:00 pm          MANIFEST: transporting bonfire

8:00 pm - 9:00 pm          yin yoga with reiki infusion

accommodation information
all participants will be staying in private rooms with private bathrooms.
friday dinner, all meals on saturday, and sunday breakfast included. snacks and beverages are available throughout the weekend. 
each participant should bring the following:
towels and personal hygiene supplies
twin-size sheets, pillows, and blankets or sleeping bag 
rain gear and/or umbrella
shoes appropriate for outdoors
water bottle
yoga mat, yoga bolster, yoga blocks, and yoga blankets
journal and writing materials

payment + cancelation

the full payment of $555.00 is due in full at the time of registration.

cancelations 30 days in advance receive a 100% refund.

cancelations less than 15 days receive a 50% refund.

there will be no refunds for cancelations less than 10 days in advance.

each participant will be asked to complete a liability waiver, emergency medical form and bring their identification and insurance cards. more information to follow.
