Although we do accept walk-in clients when possible, our clients are generally seen by appointment only. Please keep in mind that weekends and evenings often fill our schedule early. We suggest scheduling your next spa treatment before leaving the spa so that you can have your desired time and treatment.

Gift certificates may be redeemed for services, classes, or retail products unless specified. At this time, THE pearl is unable to replace if lost or stolen.
We request the courtesy of a 12-hour cancellation for all movement classes, a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services, group events, and private rentals. Cancellations that are made less than 24 hours in advance for spa services will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service costs, plus any applicable fees. No-shows for appointments will also be charged 50% of the service cost, plus a 20% service fee.
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first-time client, please arrive 20 minutes early as a profile will be completed prior to your service.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full-service fees.
