To Our Valued Members,

 

We are happy to announce that the renovations within THE healing waters were a great success! The temporary closure allowed us the opportunity to ensure that we continue to make safety a priority for you, our members, as well as other guests who enjoy the space. We are deeply grateful for your patience and understanding during this time, and we are hopeful that you have been able to return to the waters.

 

During our brief pause, our pearl team took a moment to evaluate our current systems and offerings within THE healing waters, with a goal of ensuring that all members and guests are able to enjoy a safe and serene environment during their sessions. With this goal in mind, we have decided to update some of our standards, as follows.

 

• Beginning May 1, 2023, all healing water sessions will be 90 minutes in length. This is the average time most guests need to fully experience and enjoy a session. Your membership will now include one 90-minute session per day, Sunday - Thursday.

 

• Sessions on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will now be by appointment only, to assist in providing a safe and serene environment for all guests and members. Same day appointments may be available, and we suggest scheduling your session prior to your arrival.

 

• No-show appointments and drop in classes may be subject to a $15 no cancellation fee. We kindly request that you take a moment to cancel your appointment or class time if you are not able to come so that other members and guests may enjoy the session or class. 

 

We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to understand the needs of our members and guests in the name of wellness.
