Travel Well: Healthy Living While Living It Up

No need to ditch your healthy habits just because you’re on vacation. Below are some helpful tips to keep you on track.

Come prepared


Preparation is key when traveling

A little bit of planning goes a long way when it comes to boosting your body’s natural ability to handle the stresses of travel. Right off the bat Sprayology TravelEase is a must have for relieving the effects of jet lag or any kind of long distance travel.

If you find yourself lying on the beach with minimal activity, go for a walk or do some beach yoga—take advantage of the fact that you aren’t strapped to a desk and get out into the world!

Eat green as much as possible when traveling

Get them wherever and whenever you can. Sneak them into your eggs or smoothie during breakfast. Are there greens on the menu at lunch or dinner? Order them. Sometimes they’ll be your full meal, other times they’ll be a side dish, but either way, don’t think twice about it.
