THE pearl is happy to offer several ways for our guests and members to schedule their next appointment or class time.

BY PHONE
Our reservationists will happily assist you in scheduling appointments, reserving a space in a class or workshop, and to answer any questions you may have regarding our offerings.  To schedule an appointment by phone, call us at 301-776-6948 during our business hours (phones are not answered on Sundays).

Please note that our call volume can be extremely busy during peak times during the day. Peak times are normally Mon-Fri between 9:00 am to 11:00 am, as well as between 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm.

VIA TEXT
Guests and members who have enjoyed THE pearl previously are welcome to text schedule and class requests to 301-835-1651. In addition to scheduling, guests can make appointment adjustments, cancel or re-schedule upcoming appointments, and check gift-card balances, receive assistance with locating THE pearl, and much more.  Our texting option is available during business hours, including Sundays, and is a great way to get in touch with our Columbia, MD reception team.

ONLINE
Our online appointment scheduler makes appointment and class reservations a breeze. We recommend reserving spa services 60-90* days in advance, as we are honored to be assisting so many with their self-care needs. Mind-body movement classes can fill up; therefore, we recommend reserving space at least 24 hours prior to the class start time.

*Here's a great tip! We often have cancelations within the same week.  Checking our appointment availability frequently may often allow you a same-week service!

CONFIRMATIONS
Please note that your appointment is considered confirmed at the time of scheduling. THE pearl will send both an email and text confirmation at the time of booking and an appointment reminder for services via email 2 days prior and via text one day before the appointment date. This courtesy is to help remind you of your services, which will remain on our appointment book unless you cancel via phone, text, or through your online account. 

CANCELLATIONS
THE pearl requests the courtesy of 24 hours notice for all single appointments and 48 hours notice for all multiple appointments and group cancelations. All cancelations made after 24 hours are subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount of scheduled services.   Please see our FAQ page for more information on THE pearl standards.
